Privacy & your choices
Your game.
Your information.
Expanded for planned advertising. Not yet approved for app-store or AdMob use. Release verification items are identified below.
Who we are
Gamingdad Studios Ltd, trading as Gamingdad Studios, is responsible for the personal information we use to operate Spin Out - Block Puzzle and gamingdadstudios.com. Company number: 17493232. Registered office: 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, United Kingdom, IP28 7DE.
For privacy questions or requests, email gamingdadstudios@gmail.com. Our registered office is for statutory correspondence; please use email for player support and privacy requests.
What this draft covers
Updated 6 October 2026. The game is not yet released. This draft describes the reviewed implementation and identifies the planned advertising arrangements separately. It is not yet the final app-store privacy notice.
The current source blocks LevelPlay advertising startup. Older installed test builds may still show ads. Google consent testing is currently available only in Android development builds; release and iOS consent behaviour have not been verified.
Playing and saving
The game stores progress, levels, stars, picture pieces, scores, coins, spins, lifelines, daily challenge information and preferences on your device. There is no player login or studio-operated cloud-save service in the reviewed implementation.
Local processing provides the game and remembers your choices. Your operating system or device backup service may retain copies under your backup settings. We do not receive your local save through a gameplay analytics service.
Purchases
Apple or Google handles checkout. The game uses Unity In-App Purchasing to receive product and transaction information and deliver purchases. Credited transaction identifiers are stored locally to prevent duplicate rewards. Our game code does not collect your card number or card security code.
Purchase providers may process transaction, device and service information and provide sales, refund and financial reports to us. The exact reporting fields and Unity IAP configuration are being checked before release. Supplying purchases is necessary to perform the purchase contract; records required for accounting or tax are kept to meet legal obligations.
Advertising planned for launch
We plan to use Unity LevelPlay to manage banner, interstitial and optional rewarded advertising, with ironSource Ads and Unity Ads as advertising sources. Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) is planned to manage privacy choices. Using UMP does not by itself mean Google AdMob serves the game's adverts.
Depending on permissions and configuration, advertising services may process IP address and approximate location, device and operating-system information, advertising or other device identifiers, and ad views, interactions and diagnostics. They use this information to deliver and measure adverts and detect fraud. Personalised advertising may involve profiling interests. This is not a claim that every listed category is collected in every mode.
Consent will be requested where required for advertising identifiers, device storage/access and personalised advertising. Non-personalised adverts are not necessarily free of personal-data processing or consent requirements. We must verify each provider's permitted behaviour before enabling ads. Any reliance on legitimate interests for security or fraud prevention must not bypass a consent requirement.
Your advertising choices
The intended release design is to let you accept, reject or manage applicable advertising choices and revisit them through Settings > Privacy choices. Withdrawing consent will affect future processing and does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful. These release controls still need end-to-end testing.
Choosing to watch a rewarded advert is separate from consenting to personalised advertising. If an advert cannot be served under the available permissions or network conditions, the reward may be unavailable. On iOS, any required tracking permission is a separate operating-system choice; that integration is still under review.
Analytics and reports
We will not add a separate gameplay analytics service for launch. The reviewed custom analytics logger writes only in the Unity Editor and does not send player events to an analytics server.
We intend to use the stores' and advertising providers' existing sales, delivery and performance reports. Their services can process technical information even without a separate gameplay analytics SDK. This notice does not claim that the game or its suppliers collect no data. If we later introduce gameplay analytics, we will update this notice and obtain consent where required before collecting that information.
Sharing your results
When you choose Share, the game prepares a result image in temporary device storage and opens your device's sharing menu. You choose the recipient or service. There is no studio-operated sharing server.
The chosen service handles what you send under its own privacy terms. Temporary image files do not currently have a game-enforced expiry; device cache management may remove them. A defined cleanup rule remains a release review item.
Support and contact
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and anything you attach, such as a screenshot or purchase reference. Gmail is our email service. Please do not send passwords, card details or unnecessary personal information.
We use this information to answer questions and resolve issues, based on our legitimate interest in supporting players, or to fulfil a purchase contract where relevant. We may need to retain records to handle disputes or meet legal obligations. A routine support-email retention period is awaiting approval; no fixed deletion promise is made in this draft.
The website
The website is hosted through Cloudflare Workers. Our page files contain no added advertising or analytics scripts, contact forms or browser-storage code. Email links open your chosen email application.
Cloudflare processes connection and request information, such as IP addresses and technical request details, to serve and secure the website. Our purpose is to provide a functioning, secure information and support site, based on legitimate interests. Cloudflare dashboard logging, retention and any platform-injected features still need checking; the absence of scripts in our files is not a complete audit of the hosting account.
Service providers and disclosures
Relevant services are Cloudflare for hosting; Google/Gmail for email and Google UMP for planned privacy messaging; Unity services for purchases and planned LevelPlay, ironSource and Unity Ads advertising; and Apple or Google for store distribution and checkout. Providers may act on our instructions for some activities and as independent controllers for others. We do not describe them all as processors.
Information may also be disclosed where necessary to comply with law, handle a legal claim or obtain professional advice. The final advertising partner list must match the consent message and live mediation configuration. Provider privacy links appear below.
International processing
Service providers may process information outside the UK. Before release, we must confirm the relevant contracting entities, locations and transfer arrangements for the actual accounts and services.
Where transfers need safeguards, the final notice will identify the applicable adequacy arrangements or contractual safeguards, including UK transfer provisions where required, and how to request information about them. We have not yet verified those arrangements for every service; this draft must not be treated as confirmation that all transfers have been cleared.
Keeping and deleting information
Local saves and credited purchase identifiers remain until the relevant app data is removed; backups can retain separate copies. Removing app data can erase progress and coin balances. The development reset is not complete erasure because purchase identifiers are retained.
Support retention, share-cache cleanup and provider-specific retention remain to be finalised. Financial records must be kept for applicable accounting and tax requirements. Providers' own retention rules can differ from ours. We cannot promise that clearing game data also deletes information held independently by a store or advertising provider.
Younger players
The intended audience is adults and teenagers. We do not currently ask for a date of birth or verify age. That does not remove younger players' privacy protections.
The advertising treatment of younger and unknown-age players must be settled before release. No claim is made that parental consent has been obtained or that personalised advertising is appropriate for every player. Advertising remains blocked in the reviewed source while these arrangements are completed.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or a portable copy of personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it. Rights are subject to applicable conditions and legal retention requirements.
Email gamingdadstudios@gmail.com. We will ask only for information reasonably needed to identify the relevant records and verify a request. We cannot remotely access a local game save merely from an email address. We will explain when a request also needs to go to an independent provider.
You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/, or your applicable local supervisory authority.
Changes
We will update this page when the game's data practices change. Before release, this draft will be replaced with a dated notice matching the tested game, store disclosures and consent configuration.
